Welcome to the camaraderie of the HKUAA family. As an HKUAA member, you will enjoy all the benefits and facilities of the HKUAA Clubhouse and the opportunity to network with a great number of fellow alumni from different years, faculties and professions:

Ordinary Member
| • | Graduates of The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and Past Students registered as internal students of the University |
| • | Only holders of degrees, diplomas and certificates listed on Statutes III of The University of Hong Kong Ordinance and Statutes conferred by HKU is regarded as HKU graduates. |
| • | Please note graduates of HKU SPACE degrees/courses are NOT eligible to join under this category. |
| Please attach a soft copy of your HKU Graduation Document* in the e-Form before submission. |
Life Member
| • | Ordinary Member upon payment of the relevant fees and subject to the approval of the Executive Committee. |
| For those who are not yet our Ordinary Member, please attach a soft copy of your HKU Graduation Document* in the e-Form before submission. |
Student Member
| • | Full-time students of The University of Hong Kong |
| Please attach a soft copy of your HKU Student Card in the e-Form before submission. |
Associate Member
| • | Past and present members of the HKU Court, Council and HKU Foundation (in propria persona). |
| • | Staff Member of HKU under Term 1 and Term 2/Bands B to F and Bands G to J staff of the University of Hong Kong, who are not eligible to join as Ordinary Member or Student Member. |

Associate Life Member
| • | Associate Member |
| • | Or, for those who are not HKU graduates, students or staff. |
| • | Upon payment of the relevant fees and subject to the approval of the HKUAA Executive Committee. |
| For Associate Members, please submit a soft copy of your HKU Staff Card in the e-Form before submission. |
Subscribing Member
| • | Any respectable permanent resident of Hong Kong having the interests and welfare of the Association at heart |
| • | Upon payment of the relevant fees and subject to the approval of the Executive Committee. |
| Please attach a copy of your Graduate Certificate AND employment reference letter or business certificate in the e-Form before submission. |

Acceptable: Graduation Certificate / Transcript / Testimonial issued by HKU
Unacceptable: HKU-BEA credit card, HKU facility access card/library card, HKU Student Card and transcripts screen-capped at HKU portal
PS: Inability to provide the specified Graduation Document may lead to unsuccessful application.

THE BEA Credit Card Additional Privileges and Benefits with you application of the “HKU Graduate Credit Card issued by BEA and embossed with HKUAA Membership Number”
This credit card is a special “2-in-1” arrangement for HKUAA members (Ordinary, Associate, Life, Associate Life members). You will be able to enjoy numerous exclusive privileges offered by HKUAA, HKU and BEA, including 5% to 10% discount1 on food & beverages (F&B) consumed at the HKUAA Clubhouse, plus privileged access to various University facilities and BEA year-round offers and Bonus Point Rewards Programme.

Terms & Conditions
- Advance booking is necessary and is subject to venue availability.
- The offer applies to Alumni Groups registered with the Development & Alumni Affairs Office (DAAO) of HKU http://www.hku.hk/alumni booking the room for their monthly Exco meeting or Annual General Meeting only.
- Conceding of the special benefit is at the sole discretion of the HKUAA Executive Committee, whose decision is final.
